^Great catch. Core going up further. Does anyone have an official idea of where this is at height wise? I am thinking the core will end up right about where the arm of the crane is now. If that's the case we will wind up with one more crane jump.

Seen from a distance, it looks like the core has now officially matched the peak of The Plaza's roof.

Well, Moorlander, can you figure your viewing angle to the top of the buildings? You're a shade over 3440' from the tower. And right about 2750' to the Plaza. If you've got that we should be able to estimate the height. Won't be quite exact, of course. But . . . we can get it close. Your eye level should be about 570', more or less, which is pretty close to the base of the Plaza, which seems to be somewhere between 570 and 580 (bit of a grade change from SW to NE) though a shade lower than the base of Centene, which looks to be closer to 590, or maybe a little more at the NW corner. But none of this is all that exact anyway. Just a Google survey. Still . . . maybe we can get within ten feet or so. Maybe. That said, I envy your vantage point there.

Students of Pythagoras? Or at least high school math? Okay, maybe you guys don't have an inclinometer in your pocket. They're . . . not everyday tools. But you can make one with a protractor, a drinking straw, a weight, and some string. Boy Scout grade stuff. But . . . sometimes Boy Scout grade stuff works. If rough is all you need. Anyway . . . it's definitely fun to see it driving down Hanley. Or Forsyth. Or a whole heap of other nearby streets. Looking forward to seeing thing sprout a little more on Kingshighway and Grand.

This new building is also clearly visible heading Eastbound on I-64 while crossing over I-270.

Looks like it was jacked up again last night or this morning and it's now taller than The Plaza.

They're prepping to jack the tower up for the last time. The new segments are at the base so I would anticipate it to occur this afternoon / tomorrow.

Would be awesome if one of the construction workers could take a 360 pic up there. Wonder how far you can see.

They're dismantaling and taking down the porition of the concrete pouring platform now. Not sure how much higher they're going to go with the other half, but I can't imagine it would be anymore than a story or two.

^We are probably very close to topping on on the tower. And in other welcome news, a red tower crane is going up on the garage/amphitheater building as of this morning/ :!:
