Looks great. I wish we could slim down these residential streets and make things seem more dense. Without fully grown trees everything looks so bare.

Curious as to what's hidden behind the Knox sign: Community mailboxes? Bulletin board? Trash dumpsters?

^I was thinking probably mailboxes. USPS basically requires cluster boxes for developments like this now. They want to be able to deliver mail quick. Understandably so.
