Biked through this morning and 4401 Vista is fenced off, marketing billboard up, and workers on site.

Also looks like they are adding bump-outs at a few intersections on Newstead - cut into Vista and Norfolk.

Lots of progress being made on this project. Marshall and Iva have their foundations complete and elevator shafts should rise there soon. Ashe and Knox have some site work going on right now. Booker and Blake will be the last two buildings to start construction as barely any work has been done there yet. The Norfolk reconnection to Taylor looks good and the Vista reconnection is in the early stages.

Going to be excited to see all of these come online - love seeing them from Kingshighway.

I'm really loving all of the Grove development you can see from Kingshighway.

I really hope at some point this decade we can see a redevelopment of the Jiffy Lube at Kingshighway/Manchester, as well as that swath of industrial south of Swan and between Kinghighway and Taylor.

It'd be so cool to have some modern apartment complexes right up along Kingshighway.

Another building was once/is eyed for this development at the northwest corner of Norfolk and Taylor. There are some abandoned homes there currently and property records show that they're owned by Green Street. However, there are three properties owned by others and it's likely why this site wasn't included in the initial Union development wave.

These are great. Rentals I believe. It's going to be pretty wild to see all of these come online at the same time.

A 307-unit building named Terra At The Grove is where the northwest corner of Norfolk & Taylor would be. The property used to be mostly warehouse space and outdoor storage.

Looks like several of the properties at the northwest corner of Norfolk and Newstead are owned by UNIFY GROVE DEVELOPMENT PHASE II LLC

Booker and Blake appear to be twins.

The townhomes look great, but agree, Marshall looks like the dynamo of the bunch.

They better get the roads done by then. While the buildings themselves are beautiful and really enhance the neighborhood greatly, the infrastructure is absolutely atrocious still. The roads are some of the worst conditioned in the city. I've tried riding my bike through there a couple times a month since this summer and every time I pass down Taylor Ave to Vista Ave, to get over to Newstead and Hunt, it remains not only bad, but aggressively bad. All these wonderful new developments and the roadways throughout there are third world at best.

Always interesting to see how developers change things from the renderings. Pretty disappointing that they greatly redesigned the balconies for many of the units. Looks like they outright eliminated most of them on some of the buildings.
