^ Me too. There was recently a critique of black buildings I read somewhere... Anyway, red would have been sweet, though the black will look nice too.

That building looks amazing. I like the modern design right next to some of St. Louis' most classic beauties (Continental Life, Fox, etc).

I love this building, although, I have to admit, I LOVE LOVED it when it was red during construction. Now that was amazing.

Tooting my own horn here, but over the past year I've been putting together a time-lapse sequence of the construction for the Beacon. It's not perfect, by any means, but I enjoyed doing it. It also helped that our offices are next door. Here's the piece.
