Looks like someone is taking core samples to figure out what kind of foundation might be required.

Or there's a landfill fire under that site and they're letting the gasses out.

I would think that the Trianon project breaking ground before latest proposal at the Old Schnucks store @ Hanley/Clatyon would be better outcome if you had to choose between the two with Tri's proximity to the Forsyth metrolink station and anchoring the east end of the Clayton's CBD. Just believe that any multi story residential closer to metrolink the better.

Curious, does anyone think the Taylor family (Enterprise/National Car Rental) behind the new development group that has secured this property? I ask, because the family behind Apex Oil is driving development as well as Centene's next round of expansion.
