I was thinking these would look awesome on Deb Pkace between FPP and Lindelll.  And they could likely get close to same price per square foot.  Great build all around.

There are lots of places where these condo buildings, and even that 9-unit apartment building at 6669 Washington Avenue, would work. Debaliviere Place, Skinker-Debaliviere, northern Central West End, and Clayton to name a few. The architecture is solid on these. Core10 really mastered the Prairie-Deco look (that's what I call it) with these condo buildings and nailed the "modern classic" design for 6669 Washington.

The Hutton is complete. Many residents have closed on their units and will start moving in. I took a couple of photos yesterday.
