^ give it a rest, friend. i don't recall anyone saying the stadium was bad. some of us said the practice fields were a poor use of space. and they are.
Nice to see this project. Every building, big or small, redeveloped in Downtown West brings us one step closer to infill developments. 1801 Washington is the first and more are to come as time goes on. This small building reminds me of Blackline's offices a bit, which are also on Locust Street and in a similar 2-story building.
