And Action! The Syndicate now has residents getting ready to close on the 14th floor. Here are the views as seen from the balcony and the bedroom and living room of unit 1411. Not bad huh!

Hopefully everyone that parks in that garage drives a nice car, since the views of the parking deck are so prominent from the aforementioned unit. :P

Seriously, it's an otherwise spectacular view, and I'm glad to see this building coming to life when so many other downtown developments seem to be dead or at least in limbo. Hopefully with Schnucks occupying the main level of the garage, other businesses will take a closer look at the ground floor retail space of the Syndicate.

Yes, the building is very much alive as I think out of the 102 condos there are only 40-something left. I'm sure Loftworks will tell you that sales are not where they want them to be but considering the economy I think they are doing quite well. Can't wait to see this block by next summer. By then Left Banks Books and Schnucks will both be open, the OPO Urban Plaza will be done, the Farm and Home Savings renovation will probably be done, there is a new boxing gym going in next to City Grocer's and who knows what will be in the Syndicate retail space. This truly will be one awesome block!

FYI, the new boxing gym will be in the basement of the Truman Building below the Urgent Care Center.

The Syndicate is having a "Penthouse Grand Opening" tonight (Thursday, November 6th) from 6-9pm. They will have all of their displays open, including a just completed 3-level penthouse with private roof deck. The newly completed community roof deck will also be open. Everyone is welcome.

I went to the Penthouse Grand Opening and all I can say is WOW! This is my favorite project downtown, and I'm seriously considering a move there. It perfectly located with so much going on around the block.

Thanks!

Yes, it is the 04 unit. The catwalk on the 2nd floor is very cool along with the rooftop view!

A little late here, but I'm glad Loftworks won this project, not Pyramid. I'd hate to see this project stalled like the Arcade.

Is this the largest rehab (in square feet), in Downtown St. Louis yet?

the city gets ZERO credit for this; they were the ones that awarded it to Loftworks, I believe. I remember Pyramid tried to fight the decision. glad they lost, or that would be one more vacant building downtown. too bad Pyramid got their hands on Arcade...on the flip side, they finished Paul Brown..

My first thought was David Robertson, until I remembered he lives in the Louderman building.
