I adore this house. The assessor says in 2008 it sold for $840,000. I absolutely adore it. Just beautiful. Hard to beat the neighborhood either.

I just am in love with this block. It looks like it would be peaceful with big yards, probably a good place to raise kids, yet it's historic and just absolutely gorgeous. It doesn't look cheap like a lot of the new suburban homes. Granted, it doesn't have the urban street grid, but it still seems pretty urban to me. Just beautiful.
sold for $105,000 in 1985.

Can't get a very good view of this one. I love the stonework, though. You can tell whoever built these houses put a lot of love into it.

Are these two houses that different or is this because of the housing crisis?
Just wow.
