I love the design. It's a modern building that will add a large presence to the downtown skyline at night.

I like it and think it's a great addition to DT. I like the rooftop deck and the lighting.

The overhang on the roof is odd looking, but overall I like it. I assume the awnings imply street level retail? Maybe a couple of restaurants?

I generally like the renderings. I think adding a significant educational institution right in the center of the city's governing hub just makes sense. The new rooftop will hopefully provide some inspiring and impressive views for students (primarily), professionals and visitors to our city (I would imagine many a reception supporting events sponsored by the school would be there). Having the blue glow evolve into downtown is a positive move.
