Now we just need to get the Jefferson Arms building fixed up.
I'm hoping the fixes to Tucker are going to help in some way with that.
If we make the street more beautiful, and easier for pedestrians to use, I think people will want to live/work/play/stay there.

Stereotaxis just moved to the Globe Building on Tucker to triple their project. Add the Tucker development for bike lanes and such and it helps the DT community. They have 90 employees and are hiring!

^ not loving the sign placement. why not just mount them on posts on the roof rather than drill into and cover up facade ornamentation?
^^ Would've been nice to slightly modify the logos and signage to complement the architecture, could've looked really classic, but not all companies are willing to be that adaptive or flexible with their branding
