I drove by today too. I like the way it hugs the street. Very impressive amount of retail. Let's hope for more than check-cashing and cell phones.

hey have retail spaces being built into the bottom levels on Grand too.
I forgot to look - is the original McDonalds still open, or did they close like they said they would have to if they couldn't move?
