I drove by today too. I like the way it hugs the street. Very impressive amount of retail. Let's hope for more than check-cashing and cell phones.

hey have retail spaces being built into the bottom levels on Grand too.
When you look at the density of what is being built and imagine the original plan of the McDonald's with the drive through it is astounding. I hope someone at City Hall is learning from this particular project.
