Any more updates on this?chriss752 wrote: ↑Dec 26, 2018Not sure when it will be made public, but a redesign has been issued for Shaw Park Tower and Forsyth Pointe. As stated in one of my above posts, the parking garage is now part of both developments (KP Development and Flaherty+Collins). It was confirmed to me that a redesign is incoming but my source didn't specify how much of a redesign. Trying to find out more.
Things have been quiet with this project, hope this isn't another Montgomery Tower.
Not the Nimbys.
This one is starting to feel a bit Montgomery-like. That slow, silent death.
The demise of the Montgomery Tower (or towers due to the multiple designs) just seems to be lack of execution by the developer. No real external factor to point to. The recession might have taken out/delayed one of the earlier proposals, but that can't be said of the most recent one - whenever that was.

This proposal from the Indy developer is dead.

well crap. I was looking forward to this one. I wonder if it means anything for the proposed office next door.moorlander wrote: This proposal from the Indy developer is dead.

I don’t think this compromises the office building. The most recent office building plans were adjusted for this project when it was still supposed to happen. I have a feeling something will be proposed here again soon.jshank83 wrote:well crap. I was looking forward to this one.
