I actually think this ramp and 44 in front of the Arch are realistic “removal candidates”. At the Market/Jefferson location, I like @spongboymebob00 's idea of bumping up the height to 314m, symbolic and visible. Perhaps a fantasy streetcar going down Market could connect it to the rest of the city?
