Next Thursday's AIA St. Louis Lunch Meeting will center around the infamous Northside project.
Not quite sure what the last sentence means (I'm assuming differentiating between transportation projects (horizontal) and buildings (vertical). As always, it should be an interesting time.
The meeting is only open to members of the AIA, so I'll fill the forum in on what is presented (if anything new comes out).
Our June Chapter noon meeting will network with Paul McKee of Eagle Development. We have asked Mr. McKee to discuss his plans for what buildings may be constructed in his northside plan.
So many of the stimulus funding programs are “horizontal” in nature, so we are anxious to learn more about a project that will be primary “vertical”.
