hello, inno, how are you? fine I hope and pray. yes the sights are set up on myspace( a sight i REALY do not trust) and youtube (this sight is a little better as far as keeping personal info,, personel) . yes the videos are there but NO I did not mix anything or overlap anything in the videoes. by the way I have to say, james bond ? as if, james bond does things that are NOT possible. i have to date done everything i sayed I WOULD DO and in the past posted ALL info that could be found on the internet to everyone here. this is for someone here that on that past subject about the the media only shows what the politicans and goverment in there area will let them print or show on tv. seems A LOT OF COMMUNITIES have this problem and we all bumped into each othere here on the internet so now ALL there videos and posts are coming togehether , ,, stories of what is realy going on around the country ,

^ Wait. Are you talking about the historic tax credit program? Yeah, we all like that program. Developers are given a tax break (our tax money) to rehabilitate a vacant or underutilized building. Is this what you're angry about?

grove,, no , if anything I sayed sounded like that I, am sorry, ,to rehab vacant buildings is a great use of tax money, but the question is , how much of that tax money invsted in gets returned to the CITY funds. the real issue is tax money going to developers that wnat to develope in places that are occupied and use the ones that see that they get our tax money to put those people out. (all in the name of progress) . can i ask a question on that note? if the centanery church is not bringing in the homeless from the sournding countys of st. louis because the law states in the city ,can not do what other city's do,, give the homeless a one way ticket to anouther city .(this is the hard way of putting it but , why not just send them back where they come from, besides we are all cattle to someone else, move everyone where you want them then use them as they fit to use us.

To be fair...Centeral said he didn't care about the resedents, but I don't think Central said he didn't care about the residents.
From my perspective, I think people care about Plaza Square because they want to see its owners ensure that the complex is an asset to downtown rather than a liability, and to ensure basic needs for residents (elevators, for example) along with a safe and clean living environment. I have no personal observations to offer, but it does seem like they could do a better job ensuring the safety of those that live there (especially based on the criminal activity you've witnessed).
Why misspell on purpose? It obfuscates the point(s) you're trying to make.
