^Interesting effect - looks like a water color painting.

They are putting forms in for the 31st floor.  They seem to have dropped a day or two off of the floor-per-week pace, but maybe they will make it up this week.

Formwork for the 32nd floor is going in and, assuming they pour on Friday morning again, they are still on the floor-a-week pace.

A crane jump will be happening soon. It will bring the crane height to 488FT.

Sure looks like the current completed level is 5 stories from the prior balcony level per the webcam this evening. Which means balconies at 27 and then 32. At 36 floors tall that would be two 5 story "segments" to top the building. 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31 for the first. 32, 33, 34, 35 and 36 for the second.

^ I was under the impression that two 5 story sections at the top was always part of the plan.

This rendering from December 2016 shows all tiers at 4 stories:

^ Good point, but I think it was changed relatively soon after that initial rendering.

Crane jumped. It is up there now. Tallest structure to ever be in the CWE.

Tonight from The Hill Schnucks on Arsenal. Picture doesn't do it justice. This is going to jump out at people which can only be good for the city!

Floor Plan for Unit 3506 from Mac Properties - One Hundred.  The site says it's the "Last One", but probably just a marketing gimmick, and/or they are releasing the units to be leased in stages.

Has anyone seen plans or a description for the 36th Floor units?  I'm curious as to whether any of them have private rooftop access.  Otherwise, it would be odd if the top five floors of the building have no units with terraces / outdoor space.  And I don't see any mention on their website about a rooftop common area in the amenities, so...
