You guys were right - it is 100% leased. From the Downtown Partnership:


During re-dedication ceremonies last week, developers of the Old Post Office announced that it is 100% leased, a great milestone for this very important building that was essentially empty for so many years. Speakers emphasized the spirit of bi-partisanship, especially at the State level, that sustained the project since pinpointed as a downtown revitalization key in the Downtown Now! Plan.

A friend of mine is in town so today we took a tour of my loft and some other things downtown including the OPO. I must say, it is very nice inside...a lot of people activity too. STL Business Journal, Webster, Pasta House, etc

Anyone know if they intend to finish the southern entrance? The stairs have holes for railings that are still covered in duct tape, and this side looks quite barren compared to the other 3.
