So what am I missing? The hotel developer had 8 years after the RFP to do something, anything with the property, didn’t stabilize a thing, and didn’t pay property taxes but now they want to throw a fit and act like they have a plan all of a sudden? Good riddance

Well we know one RFP is from the previous owner/bidder and if we read the tea leaves correctly the other is from Alterra?
