when will the Jefferson be done?? It looks like all the junk on the south side of the building is just sitting there rotting!!

Glad to see this coming along. I drive past pretty frequently, and it's been great to watch this develop. Thanks for the update, Chris. I was particularly interested in how they'd handle the details, and it sounds like they're doing a great job. Fantastic use of 3D printing! Really interested to see what sort of retail component they have.
