Does anyone know what type of business that will be housed at the new construction on the corner of Park and Truman?

Also, I heard there is an RFP for development of Dolman street.  Any thoughts to share, i.e. do you think a developer will come forward with a substantial investment given the slow pace of the housing market?

My understanding is it will be a photo studio. Sorta makes Ender's place look a little lumpy doesn't it?

I think you're talking about the 1634 Park Avenue building:

That's an interesting one, as 1205 Dolman appears to share a (thoroughly fenestrated) wall with, and be in (the extensively landscaped) yard of, 1201 Dolman.

I am a little surprised to not seeing / hearing anything about the building being built on LaSalle between Missouri and Jefferson.  I live right by it.  They have 3 of 5 floors base right now.

1929 Hickory St, emergency demo. Total shame. Beautiful cast iron turn of the century store front building.
