I think code would allow something very tall, but it would be tricky getting neighborhood support with shadow-casting. I'd love to see another 30+ story tower, but I could see something like Citizen Park (10-12 stories) working well here.
The form based code does not apply to this parcel. I imagine a height is to be determined and agreed upon by a developer, nearby homeowners, and Park Plaza owners.
