I think code would allow something very tall, but it would be tricky getting neighborhood support with shadow-casting. I'd love to see another 30+ story tower, but I could see something like Citizen Park (10-12 stories) working well here.
The form based code does not apply to this parcel. I imagine a height is to be determined and agreed upon by a developer, nearby homeowners, and Park Plaza owners.
Last day for Straubs. I was told everyone who worked there has a new home in other stores which is nice. Very sad to see them go and hoping that something great happens to that lot vs someone just moving in to the same building.
