^What ever happened to those two "Whiz kids", one of whom was dumb enough to drop out of college, who were "learning the business" from him?

^If so then damn, they can't get it right! Demolished a building and aren't building the tower?! Must have learned that move from Sam.

Yes they were. That was one reason I always had my doubts on that project. I also think they bought the building across from Printer's C and then flipped it within a few months. Sounds like they are more in the Glasser mode of buying and selling and not really worrying about developing. Did they also not have something to do with the Monkey building?

Anything new about the King Bee Lofts and the drama going on?

A short sale loft just went on the market in the building : 2400 sq ft 2 bed/1 bath for $179,999.

Gawd I wish the wife would be excited about a place like this! The $/sq ft is crazy.

That long on the market and that extremely low a price? Something is wrong in the state of Denmark.

Also: whoever lived there really liked the color white.

Short sale in a building with a ton of drama? Is it worth it?

There are other things to think about when buying a loft. Does the HOA have liabilities that we don't know about? Here's some info on the building: http://www.riverfronttimes.com/2008-05- ... lly-stung/
