^That sounds like it's very near the house where I was born. (I have no memory of it beyond a few pictures and my mother driving me past, but I think we lived at 3726 Compton. Don't quote me on that. We moved to Beethoven when I was barely more than one. But it was on the second floor of a four family quite similar to that, in any case.)

It is my understanding that the Gravois Park neighborhood association has filed a lawsuit against the current owner.

I just drove by this site over the weekend and it looked largely the same as April so I didn't snap a new pic. :\ I'm eager to see what the finished product will look like.
