Not much of a racing fan but having walked the streets of Monaco I'm fascinated by how these races take place in tight city quarters without multiple fatalities. It's pretty cool but we should just learn how to do basic garbage recycling first.

Any revenue in excess of cost can be applied to purchasing new garbage trucks and hiring mechanics to keep them running.

That'll be a great setting aesthetically. I bet the streets along that route are wide enough to incorporate some interesting chicanes and such (hopefully).
