Great idea. Great reuse in London. However, the footprint for Cupples 7 in St. Louis is too small. How about this idea for St. Louis Southwestern/Cotton Belt belt building on the North Riverfront near the new Mississippi River Bridge?
The structural bones are there and they could still light up the structure to welcome visitors to St. Louis. It would be a great catalyst for more development in this area and on LaClede's Landing plus it would preserve a majestic piece of St. Louis' railroad history.

Could we do something like Battersea with the Cahokia power plant? They're really similar buildings. The location of Cahokia isn't as prime as Battersea, but I think it'd be easy to lure people over there if it were similarly awesome.
