I don't mind reclaiming this property as industrial.  It would get the site to productivity again.

I would like to see them salvage as much from the site that is of artistic value as possible.

I would also like to see a redouble focus to consolidate, maintain and improve the Cassilly treasures we have left.  God knows we aren't getting any more of them.  Rootwad Park needs some love i think and refocusing on fulfilling Cassilly's vision there including reuse of Laclede power and maybe incorporating some of Cassily's works relocated from Cementland would be a good place to invest in his legacy.

Rootwad Park definitely need some love, but the potential is there for a great community space if the surrounding area can be cleaned up a bit.

Looks pretty dystopian right now.

Rootwad occasionally hosts bike themed EDM events. Pretty cool scene. Still would love to see a refresh, especially if the Laclede Power building comes along with it. This place is just begging for garage doors and outdoor seating in the plaza.
