The Bride's House rehab is very disappointing.
There is daily activity at Alverne. It looks like they are gutting the building floor by floor, filling one dumpster after another in the alley. There are only a few guys working on it, but they are slowly working their way up. I think they are on the 3rd floor now.

I literally thought they were still rehabbing this building when i drove by it the other night. It virtually looks the same minus the big sign...

are we certain that it's finished? maybe the owner ran into some financial troubles or something.
I'd really like to see this project completed. The exterior looks rough!

They took the old sign down and pieced together a bad looking storefront. Looked more interesting before it was touched.
In the last year or so, they have gotten around to repair the terracotta around the retail bays. Some fancy signage would complete the look
