I think it's different. Isn't the $86M infrastructure money from ARPA?

$86m is a mix and match of ARPA, bonding and other monies.

You won’t see the city getting any of the Safe Streets and Roads for All monies, we don’t have a proactive transportation planning approach with a list of projects

Debt limit bill claws back unspent COVID funds. Anyone see anywhere if this includes municipalities?

If so, could be a disaster story for St. Louis’s unspent money.

No, doesn’t include allocated money to state and local govs
