Nice. I like seeing more contemporary infill blended into the City. That faux historic stuff usually just looks so cheap. I understand historic districts have rules, but variety is nice too.
I like how they framed the front yard planting space, and the second-floor balcony is nice.
Not my preferred style, especially because of the support pillars in the living room and kitchen and the overall "retail space" feel, but its solid enough for a new home in this area of the City. Note that most people seem to think of this portion of Bevo as Holly Hills, including the Holly Hills neighborhood itself, since they have placed metal Holly Hills signs on the light poles on Morgan Ford to the west of this infill site. Per the City's neighborhood boundaries, Holly Hills is bounded by Leona on the west, not Morgan Ford.
