Likely ticket sales. Football games, even UFL, rely on people traveling from a large catchment area to attend. Someone who lives 2.5+ hours away can justify attending twice a month across 2 months, but not 4x in one month.jshank83 wrote:On one hand it is good the dome is busy.STLCityMike wrote: ↑1:13 AM - TodayThis is not going to sit well. I'd imagine Busch is a non-starter if baseball is happening and still very unlikely even if it isn't, Energizer is also very unlikely. This would probably mean a few home games with be hosted out of downtown, and probably the city all together.

I don't get why they can't just play 4 in a row here, it isn't like the team isn't getting on a plane to play where ever they play.
Additionally, the last home game would be entirely dependent on if the team is good or not. If they are bad and are out of it, that game will have putrid attendance and look even worse in a stadium of the Dome's size. So it just doesn't make for a very good schedule from that perspective.
