No, that hasn't passed. 
I'm not sure if it'll need any zoning variances. I guess we'll see since they've now filed for a building permit.  They've combined the lots, and it's zoned C.

Right; Planning Commission apparently has to act first. I think once the SLUP process is done we may see ADU legislation and hopefully reforms on parking and density. I believe Board President Green is supportive.

As for this AHM proposal, I think 18 units fits the 28,500 sq. ft. parcel ok but I'm not sure if there are other requirements. Also, I think this AHM proposal and their infill one on Jefferson are more important than the Morgan Ford one. And hopefully they plan on some infill for the parking lot at the Arsenal corner.
