As for this AHM proposal, I think 18 units fits the 28,500 sq. ft. parcel ok but I'm not sure if there are other requirements. Also, I think this AHM proposal and their infill one on Jefferson are more important than the Morgan Ford one. And hopefully they plan on some infill for the parking lot at the Arsenal corner.
