A little less classy than the other Kiener Plaza ideas but if we wanted a quicker path to a facelift.
And maybe make it a shimmering windscreen mosaic; like the Centene garage in Clayton.

I gave it this prompt to follow: "Show me an aerial view of revitalized Kiener Plaza Garages in downtown St Louis, that feature walkable commercial retail and dining options on the ground level of the garages and reimagine the 2 garages facades so that they reflect a style/facade that ties them to a more historic St Louis architectural style."

I like that one too! I imagine those terraces would make for very odd floor plans but they look great! I mean, if they can make it work in Battery Park City, they can make it work here too. #NotAiButCousinsstldotage wrote: ↑3:54 PM - 12 days agoI like that one too! I imagine those terraces would make for very odd floor plans but they look great! Lol

Still my favorite from a few months ago. Choose to ignore the new park. I know dt doesn’t need anymore parks.
This actually seems like a great idea on the surface.addxb2 wrote:

The other idea that all of us have talked about numerous times is the Eads Pedestrian Bridge... and man this would be such a fun spot to bike/play/site-see
Ooooo, now make it spicy and add the new development where Millenium used to be!pattimagee wrote: ↑4:13 PM - 7 days agoThe other idea that all of us have talked about numerous times is the Eads Pedestrian Bridge... and man this would be such a fun spot to bike/play/site-see

Ya know... if you look at that last photo, you could totally see this done very affordably and still be so amazingly cool because the structure is so amazing already. Imagine some touchups on the concrete, some amazing seating, concrete planters, some cool history of Eads placards, bike AND running lanes... heck while I was doing this I was thinking how cool would it be to get married on Eads bridge - there's so much space you could create a covered section for some events and borrow the bike/running lane for vans/busses to sneak up and back... so much potential.delmar2debaliviere2downtown wrote: ↑4:32 AM - 7 days agoThe big proposal the city should be putting forward immediately.
