I’d imagine before most schools go back in August. I do already have the feeling that the CRO will recommend denial to the preservation board when this comes up.

I believe the developer has ties to the East Coast.  Maybe we can get a Robert AM Stern designed building.

If the design is good, I think people would be okay with a tear down eventually. But it can’t be 5 over 1 slop with pre fabbed cladding and sheet metal. People aren’t going to go for that. Needs to add to the CWE’s architectural merit
