At least according to their website 52.7% occupied with 37 available units.

I also can’t find a listing for their retail space anymore, so not sure if that means it was leased. Any rumors?

According to their website today 08-Jan-2023 there’s only 14 apartments left. Occupancy at 82%. Not bad and slowly but surely it continues to get to the average goal of 92-95%. Took my apartments out of the market and renting them now. There’s a nice market for renting Downtown.

That's good to hear.  I was disappointed to read that Bamboo Partners is shifting its focus to the suburbs instead of downtown.

Our lease is coming up soon so we took a tour of this building over the weekend.  The apartments are a bit small compared to a few other buildings, but the prices are comparable and everything is brand new and immaculate: the amenities especially.  The 2 bedroom units have balconies on the inner courtyard which is neat.  The rooftop is gorgeous.  I apparently registered at this link before the building was done because they contacted me about available units:

They have apparently worked a deal with the ownership of the parking garage across Clark St to have their own section (monthly fee applies).

It's worth a look if you're in the market and don't mind/prefer to be next to the stadium.  Bring some rugs the day you move in as the floors are all stained concrete.

This wasn't accurate, they were never above 60% until this summer and today they're at 75%.
