How did you do?
Not nearly as badly as I might have feared . . .
We see a second TATL, most likely on a lower cost carrier.
We got our second TATL, and it wasn't even low cost.
The super-powered incentives bill passes. (Still more dream than prediction, but they keep pushing it and sweetening it up little by little.)
It did! And then it got held up in court. I'm still counting it a win.
The city takes Railway Exchange, and we see some work to secure and stabilize the building, but we don't see a sale or development announcements.
Well, they've made some significant steps. And no development announcements, so half credit here, maybe.
McKee gets run out of the north side on a rail and his assets get liquidated.
It's still cooking, and he's not running quite yet, but it's getting closer.
TRRA breaks ground on the improvements at Madison.
Well, not yet. But it will come.
We finally see lower traffic fatalities inside city limits as road diet programs pick up speed.
Ooh . . . no.
Well, you can't win them all. Still, overall I am pleased.
