Cafe area is pretty small. Maybe 10 tables. Seems like there might be a kitchen behind. Either way would be a small coffee shop/bakery type place at best.

None of the townhouses are ready yet.

^ is the "cafe" basically just a resident amenity? that does not look like a commercial space, unless it has already been leased and built to spec.
