I'm sure it will be top quality. Slight bummer though that this building is being demoed.

Absolute beauty and a shame to lose it. I imagine all those repurposed mansions along Forsyth will be gone eventually.

That stretch of Forsyth at WashU always impresses visitors and give it a unique character for a college campus so hope they never go too far in this direction. They just bought all that land and there’s still so much development opportunity around Delmar in land they already own (Both sides of Delmar/Skinker still being vacant lots), so I hate seeing a tear down here…

Where are they planning to move the music department? Are they knocking down Gaylord too? Yeesh.
