^That definitely takes me back a bit. It was in pretty rough shape before that. And to be fair, they were demolishing it at the time. That said, it really was a much prettier structure than its replacement.

RFT - The Unhinged TV Show World Wide Magazine Captured St. Louis at Its Wildest

The people in charge "ripped all the guts out of downtown. It's sad," he laments. "They keep knocking down buildings to put up parking lots. Eventually, there will be all these parking lots, but there won't be any reason to park."

I know we have more famous St. Louis celebrities still awaiting the biopic treatment but I'd love to see an indie-ish movie following the exploits of this local cable access troupe.

John C. Reilly would make a great Pete Parisi.

Sadly Fred Willard isn't available to portray himself.

Bumping this thread after watching some more classic World Wide Magazine videos.

In addition to John C. Reilly playing Pete Parisi in a movie I'd pick Colin Hanks to portray Bill Haas.

Haas is in quite a few of the videos so he might as well get a spot in this movie that will only get made if I win the lottery.

Amazing how far City Miseum has come in a quarter century.

It looks pretty rinky dink here and man Parisi saying he doesn't see how it'll make any money is pretty funny to see now.
