The old firehouse at Washington & 20th is slated for commercial on the first floor and 5 residential units up top... not the largest of project but still very cool and it will be very nice to have the building cleaned up.

^ interesting... the one in Midtown by the people behind Fountain on Locust hopes to open sometime in the Spring. The more spirits the merrier.
