Good news!  I wish all the best to Advantage Solutions and especially their CEO, Dave Peacock.  I really appreciated his efforts on trying to keep
the Rams here.  He would have been successful, IMO, if it wasn't for the owner.

It's interesting because their stock has been utter garbage this year. Down ~50% YTD last I looked. I wonder if they keep growing, and if long term (7-10 years from now) there's any chance for them to move downtown. Peacock says he moved the company here to help boost STL's global image, but you can't really do that in a suburban secondary downtown.

Peacock was amazing in the Rams stadium deal. I'll never know how he was able to put everything together in such a short time.

Centene listing two lots. Described in the story as "105 Carondelet Plaza" and 7500 Forsyth, but there is no 105 Carondelet Plaza. I think it's actually 195 Carondelet Plaza, which would make the two lots the vacant lots surrounding the Centene parking garage between Forsyth, Carondelet Plaza, and the Crescent/801 Chophouse, across from the Ritz.

https://www.stltoday.com/news/local/bus ... 51a36.html

They are both small and oddly-shaped, and could be tough to build on. Good news is that I think the garage is underused, so hopefully more parking won't be necessary.
It apparently does not include the much larger lot east of the Ritz, which I believe Centene also owns.

Is it these lots?

Upscale TOD student housing towers would probably do well here.

With all the condos being proposed and built in Clayton, the trapezoid shaped site would be where another condo building goes. Centene envisioned one there several years ago.

The bigger site would make sense for a landmark apartment building.

Not great for the area for the regions largest F500 to be cutting a bunch of workforce.

Is their business off that much, or is this some kind of "streamlining" or "efficiency" move?

Yes they are actually pretty well known for it. They've paid California $215M, Ohio $88M, Illinois $57M, Mississippi $55M, Arkansas/Massachusetts/New Mexico $15M, etc. Add it all up and they've paid out over $1B in settlements.

Evil evil company that needs to die.
