It's interesting because their stock has been utter garbage this year. Down ~50% YTD last I looked. I wonder if they keep growing, and if long term (7-10 years from now) there's any chance for them to move downtown. They are both small and oddly-shaped, and could be tough to build on. Good news is that I think the garage is underused, so hopefully more parking won't be necessary.
It apparently does not include the much larger lot east of the Ritz, which I believe Centene also owns.

Yes they are actually pretty well known for it.
