^They could stand to put a light in at 7th and Marion. We could use better traffic control at quite a few places around town; lights, traffic circles, solid medians with pedestrian refuges . . . 

All that said, this project seems like a good idea and I look forward to seeing where it goes and what it brings.

Sounds like he'd partner up with a developer to get this done.  He's currently working on a project in North St. Louis with Green Street...would be nice to see them get involved with this project.
