Yessir! She's quite lovely and will look better with the boards gone and life coming in and out of her doors again.

I believe someone mentioned ground-floor retail space this time. Is that accurate?

Yes. There will be a small retail space fronting Washington Avenue. Waiting on renderings.

^ That's great to hear, even if it doesn't utilize the whole ground floor.  This is said too often, but something is better than nothing in this case.  Any ETA on the renderings, or is that still up in the air?

This developer is not wasting any time! Straight business!!

ST. LOUIS (KMOV) -- Construction on the old Mulligan Printing building on Washington Avenue could start next month to turn it into an apartment building.

The building is blocks away from the new MLS stadium. The apartment building is set to have 56 units.

The project is estimated at around $17 million, according to a report from the St. Louis Business Journal. The project is just one of many upcoming apartment projects in St. Louis.
