If I gave you covid and you died would it be homicide?
- 2,929
Maybe. If and only if you did so in a means where the transmission met the legal elements of homicide:leeharveyawesome wrote: ↑Feb 07, 2022If I gave you covid and you died would it be homicide?
- Mens rea (evil mind): evil intent; the more evil the mind, the more intent.
- Actus reus (wrongful act): the act was purposeful.
- Concurrence: intent and act must be simultaneous.
- Causation: act and intent must work together to be the cause.
- Harm: act and intent must be the cause of actual harm.
Clearly these people were sold bad fent, I would say that qualifies are murder but I am not sure how it gets classified by STLMPD.

“A page from Lori Lightfoot’s handbook”? Really? If those are Tishiara’s words, she’s doing herself a disservice. Lori’s proven herself to be a police lackey, especially the way she handled the 2020 riots. And oh yeah, StL’s murder rate has dropped under Tishuara’s leadership. Chicago’s has risen.
