I drove by this building today and saw that the windows were taken out on the second floor. Did a  property search and it's owned by the Kranzberg Arts Foundation. The building permit currently issued is for interior and exterior alterations on the building. The planned use if Office/Restaurant/Studio. A building permit worth $75,000 was applied for on June 29th but has not been issued yet.

I'm doing my research a bit on this project. This is separate from the Lawrence Group's entertainment venue across the street.

Glad to see another investment from the KAF in the area.

Grand Center Inc recent instagram says its going to be an event and office space "with great view of Grand Center."

2nd Floor windows going in. Framing for first floor windows is beginning.

Looks like the project has wrapped and several tenants have moved in. Looks great.

Sophie's was always a great spot to grab a drink.  Happy to see they've reopened.
