Oh, is that what we want to do? See . . . you're tempting me to post my own pictures from elsewhere and do you really want that? ;-)

Hard to argue with a good, old, eastern industrial town. :) They have some solid buildings. Hope you had fun in western Penn. It's genuinely pretty around there.

No pics of Poor Richard's, the Strangler's house, Steamtown Mall or any beet farms?

When most people hear "Scranton", they think about The Office. When I hear "Scranton", I think about 30,000 pounds of bananas.

I got 3 more days here, don’t want to see all the sights in a day. The mall is pretty unremarkable from the outside, I’m staying across the street from it. I was here for 11 nights last January and did go to Poor Richards

City hall and what appears to be an old federal courts building, now an office. There is a new/connected federal courthouses to this building

^You seem to have picked a few winners there. :) Glad you're getting to enjoy some travel. Wish me luck this weekend as we dare Michigan's upper peninsula.

Well, I don't know where these two shots are from, but the Post Dispatch seems to think they're St. Louis. They appear in a one-minute promo video they're running on Facebook:

Correct. Second image is Farnam and 33rd in Midtown. Used to drive through that daily about 7 years ago.

^^^Quality production there, when your home-town team can't even tell when they've pulled the wrong stock footage of a skyline they're supposedly in the middle of.

^I tried to imbed it, but for some reason it wouldn't work. I'm not very tech savvy, I'm afraid.

All good.  I know we captured some footage for the world herald in omaha so was just curious if some of it made it on there.

Definitely Omaha.  Was there last week for the 1st time in about 8 years.  They have made a significant investment in the midtown area around the medical campus (and in the medical campus).  Pretty impressive changes there.

Have you seen that building lately?

It looks absolutely dreadful. I expect it to be lost.

Yeah, would probably take institutional investment (like an immigrant museum) to save it at this point.
