^ Perhaps not the same vein, but 1900 Park almost feels like yet another underutilized arts space just a handful of blocks away.
I could also see this being prime creative co-working space. IE, tons of studio space, monthly and yearly co-working suites, with decent computer rigs, common areas, and maybe a community theater to be rented out for screenings or the like, at a much more accessible budget for indie filmmakers. I haven't seen the inside, but I thought there was an auditorium. Seems like a great opportunity for someone with a lot of vision. I have no idea the condition of the inside though.
