I guess I'll stick this here until something is official but some movement on that wash u rfq
Thanks for your support. I do occasionally post at skyscraperpage forum ie. updating "highrise construction" projects there when I have the time.rheights wrote:Archcity -- great work. Just wondering, are you going to continue to update the skyscraperpage st. louis project rundown?
Unfortunately, I can't do both. I wish I could, but I have to take care of my investment first.
Thanks for the information.dbInSouthCity wrote:I guess I'll stick this here until something is official and public
Local Architecture firm has signed a contract to do 60 single family homes and three 5 stories buildings (25 units each) in the Grove
I will be watching out for additional information.

Your website is one that is extremely great. I like that you put news and other links to read about the project. This is one of my resources on my website. designofarchitecture.weebly.comarch city wrote:Latest Updates

Just an FYI.
I have been very busy with personal and professional projects and adventures.
I will be doing updates this weekend.
There's so much to add.

Hey arch, I was wondering if we could look forward to seeing cranetracker updated anytime soon. I use it a lot to gather info quick on some developments, and its been good to see you adding info to the skyscraperforurm
Thanks very much for your interest.
I just renewed my domain name to keep it alive so the site isn't going anywhere.
Unfortunately, I have been extremely busy.............new management job, etc. etc. etc. Skyscraperpage is usually "a quickie" whereas CranetrackerSTL requires a little more time.
CranetrackerSTL.com is a hobby - not a business like some others. Then, I am the only one updating the pages.
However, I will update some pages soon.
Again, I appreciate your interest a lot.
I really appreciate the effort you put into Skyscraperpage; it sure makes STL look good to other folks around the country.

On one hand, I love the various site tracking development around St. Louis. On the other, I'd love to have a set up on nextSTL that allows users to easily update development info. I know managing even a simple site is heavy lifting. Too many come and go. If we can get it crowdsourced, it could be more informative and sustainable.
Here's Nashville's Crane Watch done by the Business Journal. Visited this past weekend, and there were loads of them!

The STL Biz Journal just started their own tracker.

At this juncture, I am too.
Again, I just can't find the time to update like I would like to. Really, really bad timing.
Anyway, I knew American City Business Journals' Crane Watch would eventually make its round to St. Louis.
ACBJ has been rolling out a "Crane Watch" segment for various cities over the last year or two.
Keep in mind, just an FYI, they gradually build the projects list over multiple phases.

Arch, hate to bug you...... Love the site. I've shown it to a lot of people that didn't know about it. Each and every one of them thought it was awesome. Many didn't know how much construction is either planned, going on or recently done in STL.
Any chance you'll get time to update the site soon?
