A poster by the name of nsarakas over at dslreports has created a great map detailing the available internet options, down to the house number, throughout the area. The map isn't 100%(notably Metro East) but it gives a great overview of how fast ATT has been wiring fiber in the region.

^Oh, hey, look! There's the digital Delmar divide at . . . Chouteau. More or less.

Our office is in Crestwood and, being the IT lead, I receive all the promos for companies looking for IT biz. For the last 6 months or so I have been receiving promos for ATT fiber stating the service is available at our address which is located along Watson Rd. I checked on the price but it was not feasible from a price/speed perspective compared to Spectrum. It's still nice to have the option if needed and the price should continue to drop as they add users.

So these speeds are AT&T specific, correct? They don't take into consideration, say, Charter internet options?

It would seem so. My house has 100+ speeds on cable but is shown as <25 on the map. Contractors running fiber optic lines in Crestwood last week caused a brief power outage on my street and started a small fire in my backyard.

I'm sorry. I was completely blinded by all that delicious green fiber that I didn't even think about Charter. I'll look into that..

Oh no need to apologize at all, it's fantastic work! It just wasn't clear that it was AT&T-specific (to me, anyway - I'm the first to admit I can be dense about stuff sometimes) until I zoomed into my place and saw my max speeds at 25 Mbps. Nothing wrong with that, as they're the only fiber game in town today.
