Do you have any more information on the "Mills Properties condo complex." Don't know anything about it. Who's developing, any rendering, concepts, etc.?

Mills Properties is the developer, but I don't have any info on renderings. Not sure if any have been released.

I have been looking for evidence that there is indeed a plan to construct a Four Seasons Hotel in St. Louis-- all I can find is the following short blurb from explorestlouis.com:

"Pinnacle Entertainment, which is building a $250 million casino in the Laclede's Landing entertainment district, is planning a 200-room Four Seasons hotel in conjunction with the development."

There is no mention on Pinnacle's website of a Four Seasons.

Anybody seen anything else?

The four seasons is going to be the casino hotel, which is the one that is going to be attached, assuming they are still going with them. Last I heard it was still going to be a four seasons.

In this section, "Projects and Constructions," there is a thread about the Four Seasons Hotel. Scroll down to that, and check it out.

Is this the one that is supposed to sit atop the Best Buy and Sports Authority there along I-40?

If so, wasn't it supposed to be completed a while ago?

From an August 2001 edition of St. Louis Commerce Magazine:

"The area at Hanley Road and Highway 40 will give the city of Brentwood a new skyline in the fall of 2002."

They are waiting to finish the tower until there is demand for it. Right now the smaller office building next to Sports Authority only has one tenant, EverBank, so about 3/4 of the building (rough estimate) is empty. I did read in an article in the Business Journal that BJC was considering moving their managed health care unit in to the building, so hopefully that will be enough to start the second phase.

Nope, it still has not open yet. I think they are planning on a March opening date!

Perhaps you are confusing the Drury Plaza downtown with the new one in Chesterfield.

If this is the one at I-64 and Clarkson, I am thinking of the right one. They must be doing a lot of work on the interior, because it's looked completed, including a full parking lot and flora for a few months.

You forgot the new drury inn at Ofallon IL. Not that it really matters.... oh well, you know, it kinda does, in a way, because the east side never makes the list. Maybe we can put it up for a small laugh.
